Symecord has a number of presentation options with 2 basic formats.\u00a0The expanded format uses columns or rows to mimmic frets, and each position is graphed in the appropriate spot.\u00a0The compact format uses a single column or row, and positions are\u00a0numerically indicated on the note form. Symecord can be written in any direction by simply maintaining the 12-hour string-stem clock pattern and reorienting the time and fret axes.<\/p>\n

Be as particular as you like with this notation. If you don’t like detailing timing, then skip it. Don’t want fingering labeled, forget about it.
